SEBDATA uses analytics data and the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our website. By engaging in SEBDATA’s services, entities are agreeing to the terms of this Non-Solicitation Clause which covers the commercial activities undertaken between SEBDATA and external entities.
During the term of commercial engagement with SEBDATA, and for a period of one (1) year immediately thereafter, the entity agrees not to solicit any employee or independent contractor of SEBDATA on behalf of any other business enterprise, nor shall the entity induce any employee or independent contractor associated with SEBDATA to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with SEBDATA.
